A veteran of JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Hennessy served in an underwriting and originations capacity as part of the middle-market commercial real estate lending teams which closed billions in multifamily and mixed-use loan transactions in the greater New York City Metro region.
Mr. Hennessy joined GCP Capital Group thereafter, a New York City based commercial real estate debt brokerage, originating and facilitating over $500 Million in commercial real estate transactions across construction, re-positioning and stabilized/permanent financing facilities.
